As the Administrative Officer, my constant endeavor is to ensure that administrative processes are streamlined, fair, and supportive of the academic and clinical objectives of the college. Efficient administration plays a vital role in enabling doctors, teachers, and healthcare workers to focus on what matters most—education, patient care, and service to society. I firmly believe that transparency, teamwork, and timely decision-making are the pillars of effective governance.
